From the Account Status window you can set up the different types of status that you may wish to apply to your Customer records. You may wish to set several different types of account status to signal whether your customers are good or priority customers. Likewise you may also wish to assign account statuses for bad customers.
We have already set up some account statuses for you to use, but you may wish to amend or add your own.

Every time you enter a record or transaction in Sage Line 50, the program automatically updates each part of the program that is affected. Because of this, you may find, especially if you are running the Network version, this automatic update can slow the program down considerably.
From the Update Defaults window you can select which parts of Sage Line 50 are updated. Select the Enable NETBIOS Messaging check box to allow you to select specific areas to update.
